2. Mocha VNC

Play God with your computer. Access all of your computer’s files on your iPhone; you can even watch it update your computer in real-time. Supports iPhone 4 multitasking. Get it free in the Lite version.

3. Daily Tracker

The best notes app out there. A pleasing, colorful interface, default note categories include Daily Planner, Health and Fitness, and you can add custom categories. Daily Tracker is now built for multitasking on the iPhone 4 and also supports VoiceOver (roll your finger over a note to hear it spoken aloud). 4. Yelp

Do you travel for business? The “Nearby” tab on the Yelp iPhone app can help you find the nearest top-rated restaurants, hotels, coffee-shops, and dry-cleaning services. Free.

5. HomeBudget

Keep track of your expenses with the HomeBudget app. You can set up credit and debit card accounts to keep track of spending; input your cash transactions. Keeps historical data so you can look back on past expense trends. Free.
